Q. What is the ordering process?
- Select your preferred car, confirm the price and delivery terms with our sales team.
- HESU creates a Trade Assurance order or prepares the PI with bank details.
- Make deposit payment or issue an L/C.
- After deposit payment confirmation, HESU gets the vehicle(s) ready.
- Balance payment should be completed before goods delivery.
Q. What kind of trade terms are available from your side?A. We can deal with EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, DAP, CIF, DDP, etc.
Q. How about the delivery time?A. The delivery time varies depending on the car. Please contact our sales or online service for details.
Q. If I have paid, how can I ensure trade security?A. We can trade on an authoritative platform through a trade assurance order, ensuring both parties are guaranteed.
Q. What’s your supportive policy for distributors in the overseas market?A. We offer support in many aspects, including marketing, promotion, product development/improvements, service training, advertising, etc.
