The Lynk&Co 08 EM-P, a mid-size SUV from the brand, has officially launched with an official guidance price starting from ¥175,800 to ¥228,800. Beyond subtle refinements to exterior details, the new model introduces top-mounted lidar and other driver assistance hardware across the range, enabling features such as City Pilot Assist and Highway Pilot Assist.
Stunning appearance
The new Lynk & Co 08 EM-P introduces three fresh body colours: Sky Blue, Golden Glow and Dawn White. The front bumper has been refined with larger air intakes flanking the grille and a black trim strip extending into the front air intake. The vehicle retains its pop-up concealed door handles, while rear modifications primarily involve removing the body-coloured lower bumper guard.
Extreme power
The new Lynk&Co 08 EM-P continues to feature a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain. The 1.5T engine delivers a maximum power output of 120 kilowatts. The two-wheel-drive variant achieves a combined system power of 280 kilowatts, while the four-wheel-drive model produces a combined system power of 436 kilowatts. It is paired with either a 28.3 kWh or 38.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering three CLTC pure electric ranges: 160 kilometres, 210 kilometres, and 230 kilometres.
Luxury interior
The new Lynk&Co 08 EM-P also refreshes its interior colour palette with the addition of Dawn Orange, while incorporating an in-cabin camera beneath the A-pillar to monitor driver fatigue. Further enhancements include a panoramic sunroof with electric sunshade, an in-car refrigerator with dual temperature control (range: -6°C to 50°C), and fold-down tables for the second row. Furthermore, the interior design and functional layout remain largely unchanged, retaining the column-mounted gear selector. Features include a wireless phone charging pad and a hollowed-out storage compartment beneath the passenger side dashboard. The vehicle runs Flyme Auto 2 software, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chip.
