FAW Toyota has launched its latest pure-electric model, the bZ5. As the third pure-electric model launched by FAW Toyota after the bZ3 and bZ4X, the FAW Toyota bZ5 is positioned as a medium-sized pure-electric SUV, but in terms of its design concepts, it doesn’t exactly follow Toyota’s traditional design thinking, instead it shows a bold and innovative spirit, taking a more avant-garde and stylish path.
Vehicle appearance
When viewed from the side, the bZ5’s wide, slinky design makes the silhouette look particularly slim, and with the 21-inch dual-colour, low-wind-resistance wheels, it gives a strong sense of sportiness overall.In terms of body dimensions, its length, width and height reach 4,780mm, 1,866mm and 1,510mm respectively, while the wheelbase is a whopping 2,880mm, which is quite an impressive performance in its class.

The Toyota bZ5 continues the bZ’s family design philosophy, which features large areas covered in soft leather to create a comfortable driving environment for both driver and passengers. In addition, the interior is offered in three colour options – Ink Gold Black, Blaze Red and Moonlight White. The entire range is equipped by default with a 15.6-inch floating centre console, which is combined with a floating instrument cluster, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a rotary gearshift mechanism for a technological ambience.
