Introduction of Product
LHKCEDC2-480KW/2L/GB-10 is an innovative liquid-cooled boost architecture developed by an industry-leading company for electric vehicle charging. Unlike traditional air-cooled integrated systems, it uses the most advanced liquid cooling technology and DC bus architecture. The system consists of a charging host and a charging terminal. The charging host can realize energy conversion and power distribution, with a maximum output power of up to 720 kW. It has built-in 120 kW AC/DC and 60 kW DC/DC liquid cooling modules and power sharing units, which can achieve 12-channel line output. The terminal is optional and configurable, supporting both liquid cooling and natural cooling.

Product Features:
- Ultra-Fast Integration: Incorporates a supercharging system that maximally supports 12-channel line output.
- Supports Mixed Liquid-Cooled and Air-Cooled Terminals: Offers compatibility for a combination of liquid-cooled and natural-cooled terminals.
- Charging Host with Liquid-Cooled Terminals: The charging host, when paired with liquid-cooled terminals, supports 480kW constant power output.
- Liquid Cooling System: Ensures safety and reliability through water-electric isolation design. Supports long-term use with board-and-liquid transport, featuring an integrated die-cast liquid-cooled charging module with a lifespan of 10 years. Environmentally friendly and efficient, with the charging host achieving an end-to-end efficiency of 95%+.
- Direct Current Busbar: Utilizes power pooling and intelligent algorithms to effectively enhance grid utilization rates. Supports smooth DC stacking storage, thereby increasing the end-to-end efficiency of the entire station.
This charging pile is suitable for fast charging of new energy vehicles, providing users with convenient and efficient charging services, and is an advanced choice for the next generation of new energy vehicle charging equipment.
